Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If the seal is broken on the item or the item has been opened, we will not offer returns of exchanges. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. If the seal is broken on the item or the item has been opened, we will not offer returns of exchanges. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Limited Warranty
We expressly warranty that, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, the items will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered defect occurs during the one-year warranty period, the Company agrees to repair, replace, or pay the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the defective item. The Company’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item. The choice among repair, replacement, or payment is ours. Any steps taken to correct defects shall not act to extend the term of this warranty. Any repairs shall be at no charge and shall be performed within a reasonable length of time by SyAct International LLC only.
Consequential or Incidental Damages
Consequential or incidental damages are excluded from this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Mediation and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to the items or the item warranties shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation is not successful, then the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under the rules for resolution of commerical disputes. The arbitration shall be conducted with a single arbitrator in Broward County, Florida. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to their reasonable attorneys‘ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
